1. BWN, llc WILL NOT accept ads or websites that contain, provide, or link to content that is inappropriate for viewing by the general public (We reserve the right to refuse any advertising campaigns within our network). The following are examples of the type of sites we WILL NOT deliver visitors to:
Sites containing pornographic material, sites with links to pornographic sites, sites encouraging illegal activity or racism, sites providing instructions or discussions about performing illegal activities, sites engaged in libelous or harassing activities, sites that promote or utilize software or services designed to deliver unsolicited e-mail, sites that are otherwise inappropriate, and sites that don't fall into our current categorical offerings. BWN, llc reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine whether sites may participate.

2. Your advertisement page MUST NOT contain any popup windows. Any additional window generated by your site shall be considered a popup window, including popups, pop-under, or exit popups windows. If a popup window is installed on the URL at any time, BWN llc may stop the campaign and you WILL NOT be entitled to a refund.

3. We may not accept a target URL starting with 'https'.

4. If your site's content is changed during the campaign such that it includes inappropriate content, BWN, llc will stop your campaign immediately.

5. BWN, llc is not responsible for problems with your target URL, and we can not give you a credit or refund once traffic has been delivered to your site.

6. Monthly statistics delivered via email will serve as the official record of traffic delivered. Our tracking system utilizes third party ad serving software which you can cross-reference with your own server logs.

7. BWN, llc does not guarantee sales, sign ups, or any other action will take place on your website. We will promote your site and give you massive exposure within our network, but your product or service must make the sale.
